Blue-black for a bull's eye
Today, I attended the last out of 3 archery sessions in Sports Club and went home, not with a prize for winning the mini competition held at the tail-end of the session, but with a big 'oh-chare' ('bruise' in Teochew).

A self-shot of my 'oh-chare'. The bruise is actually near my elbow. It's not as bad now because I didn't get the chance to take a shot of it at its worst.
This bruise is the result of the string hitting my arm when I released it to shoot the arrow. What is so ironic about all this is that whenever the string hit my arm, I would be able to score a bull's eye. Otherwise, it will either miss the target completely or hit the outer rims of the circle (this is if I'm very lucky).
Oh well.
Overall, archery was an interesting experience. At least the bruise isn't very obvious. :)
