The God of Small Things
I have finished yet another book! It is entitled "The God of Small Things" by Arundhati Roy. The novel is so vivid in its descriptions, evoking all kinds of emotions and thoughts. It is so sad and yet, there are some parts that are hauntingly funny. Do read it when you get a hold on the book! Here are some passages that I found particularly impactful: From the dining-room window where she stood, with the wind in her hair, Rahel could see the rain drum down on the rusted tin roof of what used to be their grandmother’s pickle factory.
