Happy Birthday Eugene! weekend
This is the first time we're celebrating Eugene's birthday as a couple. I wanted to do something out of the norm. And I remembered that whenever we were at the airport to send somebody off (e.g. Ivin flying off to the US), the 2 of us always talk about wanting to fly off to somewhere nearby with just our passports and wallets and whatever little we had on us. So, I followed through with that idea. Eugene's birthday on 31 August fell on a Saturday this year and I wanted to do something out of the norm. But when I looked at that Saturday, it was a packed day for us with both of us being on worship duty in church that weekend. So I asked him to leave his 30 August free, and once he confirmed his availability of the ENTIRE day for me, I proceeded to book air tickets for ourselves to KL for the day!
