Constantly Changing

It really can be quite exciting just seeing how Law is evolving and changing with each and every decision being made in the courts, especially when it concerns topics that I am learning about now, or have learnt so far. In addition, the names of the judges are actually familiar to me, especially Lord Bingham of Cornhill and Lord Scott of Foscote. I'm secretly (open secret I guess. And you can laugh at me, don't worry) trying to imagine what it would be like to actually meet them. It has come to a point where they seem like celebrities to me because I always see their names in the case reports I read.

Po Yew just gave me this link to read. It's a very new case on a House of Lords decision regarding psychiatric harm, relational financial loss and causation - topics of which I have learnt in my lectures of Tort law.

This sounds so silly but... I actually find this very cool.
